Today, Delegate has offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Aalborg, but despite managing three different locations has nevertheless managed to maintain a very special employee culture, which according to Jakob Schou is based on presence, a high level of ambition, and an appreciative approach towards each other. Together with the high professional level of its employees, Delegate has for many years been at the top of the Great Place to Work—the leading, global player in terms of developing and recognizing workplaces with cultures characterized by a high degree of trust.

“For some time now, we have had the Nordic region and especially Denmark on the list of geographies where we would very much like to establish ourselves. Delegate is clearly the most competent and well-run company we have looked at in the Nordic region. They have also proven that they are able to open the door to a large number of the largest and most sought-after Danish companies and they should thus be able to do the same in the rest of the Nordic region,” says Rudolf Meijer, founder of Broad Horizon.
