As a Microsoft FastTrack partner, Delegate utilized the FastTrack On-Premise to Online tool, which, after a lengthy project process, made it possible to migrate Landsbankinn's entire CRM platform to the cloud within a weekend. The solution included:
The transition to Dynamics 365 was carefully tested and optimized through a series of dry runs and close collaboration between the Landsbankinn and Delegate teams.
Landsbankinn now has a modern, scalable CRM solution in the cloud that effectively supports their daily operations. Over 600 users were seamlessly migrated to the new solution, which now offers improved security, faster access to data, and easy integration with other Microsoft services, such as Microsoft Teams.
Working with Delegate ensured a smooth transition while building up Landsbankinn's internal skills to maintain and further develop the solution. The result has improved the bank's operational efficiency and laid the foundation for future growth and innovation.
