In close collaboration, Delegate and Erhvervshus Fyn will soon be ready with a solution that gives companies on Funen secure access to experiment and develop on the platforms where artificial intelligence exists.
Generative AI and big language models like ChatGPT and Copilot are set to revolutionize how Danish businesses work. However, the true value is often only realized when a company can apply the technology to its own knowledge and data so that GenAI solutions respond based on the company's unique data. Free platforms exist today that allow for experimentation, but they are neither secure nor scalable and don't comply with GDPR regulations.
As a result, many companies hesitate to embrace new technology - the risk is simply too high in cost and knowledge.
But with the help of Delegate, Erhvervshus Fyn is soon ready to launch a new solution:
"With this solution, we remove a major barrier for companies on Funen and ensure that each company can use its confidential data on a platform that is secure, takes GDPR into account, and is also scalable because you can always lift the content into your environment when and if you outgrow the platform," says Niels Erik Haug-Larsen, Director of Erhvervshus Fyn.

So far, the project is named "RAG-Robotten - Secure dialog with your data." Delegate has developed the platform, and it is unique:
"The solution is based on Azure AI Services, and even though we are based on the GPT models, the solution can work with alternative language models, so you are not locked into a specific language model. In fact, it is very much the participating companies' provision of their data that can be used in the model that is an important benefit for them and which they will also be able to use in a completely different Generative AI platform," says Erik David Johnson, Chief AI Officer at Delegate.
All the companies in Funen need to do is log in to the portal and upload their texts. Then, they get access to a chatbot that responds and provides insights into data based specifically on the texts the company has given it to work with.
It is a very secure platform, to which no outsiders can gain access, and not even Erhvervshus Fyn can see the uploaded texts. The chatbot is easy to add to your website, intranet, or wherever you want to use it, and it can be targeted for internal use or directed at your customers.
This is a unique opportunity for participating companies to familiarize themselves with the technology and start the journey towards securing their future innovation potential and competitiveness.
When Erhvervshus Fyn chooses to throw energy and resources into a project like this, there are two reasons:

How many companies there is room for on the platform remains to be seen, but it is possible that the offer will soon extend beyond the borders of Funen and become nationwide:
"Right now, we're stress-testing the platform with some use cases - examples - that we've fed it with. It's running fine, but we need to see the platform perform stably before letting companies in," says Erik David Johnson.
Initially, the platform will be free for companies to use, but eventually, a small fee will be charged per company. How many companies there are room for on the platform remains to be seen.
Equal opportunities for large and small businesses
The platform gives companies simple and efficient access to Generative AI technology.
Add your texts: Upload company texts and documents to the Azure platform. Here, you can store the knowledge you want the AI to use. The platform meets the requirements for GDPR and strong security. Uploading files and other external access runs via HTTPS and two-factor login - possibly MitID.
Chat widget for your website: Get a customized chat widget that you can easily integrate into your website. This widget uses the company's own texts to answer questions and help customers in real time.
API endpoint for integration: Receive an API endpoint that you can use to build more advanced solutions. This allows the company to integrate AI directly into its systems and applications.
