GANNI is a Danish fashion brand founded in 2000 with offices in Copenhagen, New York, Paris, and Shanghai. The brand has more than 70 stores worldwide, 13 of which are located in Denmark. It is also represented by hundreds of retailers worldwide.
In collaboration with Delegate, GANNI has a future-proof integration platform that simplifies its system landscape, enables the rapid addition of partners, and increases reliability, enabling GANNI to achieve their ambitious growth goals.
GANNI faced significant challenges with their existing integration solution. The company used a point-to-point integration approach that created complexity and inefficiencies in their system landscape. Both internally and externally, each system was connected individually, resulting in a series of outdated integrations that were difficult to maintain and extend. This made it difficult to add new partners and adapt to rapidly changing business needs typical of the fashion industry with frequent collections and stock changes, hampering GANNI's growth ambitions.
Delegate has developed a robust integration platform for GANNI, which has replaced the previous point-to-point integration method. The solution is based on a Central Data Hub with APIs that act as an integration interface where all systems from PIM, PLM, ERP, and CDP to POS, webshop, and external partners are connected, making adding and managing integrations easy. The platform supports a flexible architecture that allows quick adjustments without affecting the other systems. This will enable GANNI to expand their system landscape, integrate new partners, or change internal systems without extensive restructuring. The solution also includes improved error handling that isolates errors without stopping the entire process, ensuring continuous operation.
The implementation of the integration platform has future-proofed GANNI's ambitious growth plans. Now, they can quickly and efficiently add new partners and adapt to changes in the market.
