Profile – Lars Bo Nielsen

57-year-old Lars Bo Nielsen have worked in the IT industry for more than 30 years - 20 of these as a leader. His management style is characterized by soft values which shape the framework of a meaningful work life.
Lars Bo Nielsen is Head of Data & AI in Delegate, where he has the responsibility for the Data & AI strategy. He leads a team of 18 colleagues and helps ensure a global collaboration with more than 200 Data & AI colleagues in Broad Horizon.

However, it is in the close relationships where Lars Bo experiences that his work has a purpose - for instance at the weekly team meeting:

"Every Thursday we have a team meeting. And the energy and atmosphere at these meetings are so great. I get ecstatic when a colleague praises another colleague. Most recently, one of our students has made a video in which he documented his work and dialogue with the customer. And everyone in the room praised the video. The openness and cooperation that exists within the team in this situation make me ecstatic.”

After 33 years in the IT industry, Lars Bo has tried close to everything, and he therefore knows why he gets into his car and drives an hour and 20 minutes from his residence in Kolding to Delegate's office in Aarhus:
