Most recently, one of our students has made a video in which he documented his work and dialogue with the customer. And everyone in the room praised the video. The openness and cooperation that exists within the team in this situation make me ecstatic.”

After 33 years in the IT industry, Lars Bo has tried close to everything, and he therefore knows why he gets into his car and drives an hour and 20 minutes from his residence in Kolding to Delegate's office in Aarhus:

"Meeting people whose values match my fundamental values and feeling the energy from my colleagues – that is why I come to work. That is awesome!"
