The three phases of Delegate's Copilot as a service The first phase includes starting an AI training program, workshops to understand AI, ensuring technical readiness and ethics, and identifying use cases for AI in your organization.
The second phase involves implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot for a specific group of employees, optimizing usage scenarios, initiating adoption and change management, and training your organization to use the tool effectively.
The third phase is about scalability, refinement and ongoing optimizations going forward. It includes rolling out to more user groups, creating increasingly advanced use cases and the first customer-centric plugins, maintaining a current environment, and managing adoption and change management.
