AI technology is a freight train that's rumbling on relentlessly, unstoppable. It's here to stay; there's absolutely no doubt about that. This can be equally fascinating and terrifying, but instead of stepping aside, we at Delegate have chosen to hop aboard the train. Within a few days, all employees at Delegate have undergone their first training in ChatGPT.
At Delegate, we have chosen to embrace and exploit the many opportunities that ChatGPT and LLMs (Large Language Models) now offer because we believe these technologies can make a significant difference in our work and our ability to deliver valuable solutions to our customers.
To ensure an effective and safe implementation, we have developed a two-part strategy: Firstly, we focus on educating and training our colleagues to utilize ChatGPT as an efficient tool in their daily work, regardless of their position at Delegate. We believe it will improve productivity in our internal tasks and our work for our customers.
In this regard, we have developed extensive training material and offer classroom-based teaching to our employees. In these teaching sessions, we meet in small groups and work with practical tasks and cases that provide hands-on experience with ChatGPT. We also review the theory behind ChatGPT and the models underlying the technology.
We aim to ensure that all employees have the necessary knowledge and understanding to use ChatGPT effectively - and critically. We want them to be able to identify both opportunities and limitations in using ChatGPT, whether they are in customer-facing or internal positions.

In implementing ChatGPT at Delegate, we intensely focus on critical thinking and evaluation of the output generated by ChatGPT. It's crucial to be aware that the tool can be biased, and it's our responsibility to ensure that the output is non-biased and high-quality. It's also vitally important to stress that confidential data should not be used in ChatGPT to protect our customers and confidential information.
The second part of our strategy involves the organizational implementation of ChatGPT in our customer projects. At Delegate, we see a significant advantage in integrating ChatGPT in our work with our customers and the often highly customized solutions we provide. With the introduction of generative AI, our approach to solution design has changed markedly over the past year, as we aim to be a strategic advisor that can offer innovative and advanced solutions to all our customers, think wider, and leverage LLMs such as OpenAI for our customers.
The potential is enormous, and at Delegate, we're still exploring how we can best utilize ChatGPT and other AI technologies to benefit our customers safely.
